Science Gateway Auditorium and Globe of Science and Innovation are available for events (co-)organised by CERN.

Kindly be aware that CERN Science Gateway operational budget is not entirely funded by CERN:

• Any event (co-)organised by CERN in Science Gateway Campus will incur charges to be billed to a CERN Budget Code to be provided upon booking.
• An email of support by the Head of the requesting Department will also be necessary.

Daily fee depends on:

• the topic of the event;
• the audience (only CERN card holders only and/or external participants);
• whether external financial support exists;
• whether the event is co-organised with external party.

Minimum billing will be for a full day, regardless of the event duration. The daily fee ranges from 500 CHF to 25'000 CHF determined by the category and requested spaces.

For any event with up to 400 CERN card holders, an event space must first be secured inside CERN domain (main auditorium, council chamber or other auditoriums). The availability of Science Gateway will only be confirmed one month prior the event.
